Refund and Return Policy- Respond Right
1. Eligibility for Refund:

To request a refund, users must submit a written request to support@respondright.net with the subject line “Refund Request.” The request should include the user’s name, email, child name, mobile no registered, date of enrolment/purchase, and a brief explanation for the refund.
5. Refund Review and Processing:
Our team will review refund requests within 15 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to [7] business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
6. Course Completion Status:
Refunds will not be provided if the user has started the course or failed to follow Refund Request process as referred in point 4 of Refund Policy 7 days before course start date.
